Boomicaj, a relatively new Charge Point Operator (CPO), has deployed the first public DC Charger in Jenjarom, Selangor.
Located within Lotus’s Jenjarom, this is an ideal destination EV charger where users can charge up while they shop at the shopping centre.
As part of their introductory promo, the DC Charger is now offered for as low as RM0.88 per kWh for a limited time.

For the Lotus’s Jenjarom location, Boomicaj has installed a 40kW DC Charger with two CCS2 nozzles. You can get up to 40kW if you’re the only EV plugged in or 20kW each if two EVs are charging.
What’s interesting is the pricing structure. From now until 31st January 2026, the charger is priced at RM0.88 per kWh for charging up to 80%. Charging from 81% to 100% state of charge will incur a higher tariff rate of RM1.20 per kWh.
To use the chargers, you’ll need to download the Boomicaj app which is available on the Apple App Store and Google PlayStore.
The location also imposes a hogging fee of RM1 per minute (RM60 per hour) if you do not move your vehicle after charging is completed. Users are given a grace period of 15 minutes before the hogging fee is imposed.

Besides Lotus’s Jenjarom, BoomiCaj has also deployed a similar 40kW DC charger with two CCS nozzles at Lotus’s Bukit Tinggi in Klang.
For this location, the charger is priced at RM1.00 per kWh if you charge up to 80%. If you charge with a state of charge of 81% and beyond, it will cost you RM1.20 per kWh.
There’s also hogging fee of RM1 per minute if you don’t move your vehicle after the grace period.

Besides the two Lotus’s outlets, the CPO has also deployed 2x 22kW AC Charge points at Fairy Park Heritage City.
The charger is priced at RM0.90 per kWh and there’s also hogging fee of RM1 per minute. Take note that this location has a shorter grace period of 5 minutes before the hogging fee kicks in.
