CelcomDigi has introduced PhoneFIX, a smartphone repair subscription plan that starts from RM3 per month. The plan protects your device at an affordable monthly fee so that you don’t have to worry about expensive repair bills.
The PhoneFIX subscription plan is introduced in partnership from Swap Asia and it is now available for both CelcomDigi postpaid and prepaid customers.
As part of its introductory offer, customers can enjoy the first month for only RM1 with no contract commitment, when they sign up before 31st March 2026.

PhoneFIX is a monthly subscription plan which auto renews without a contract. For postpaid, it continues with your mobile plan while for prepaid, you’ll need to ensure that you have sufficient balance to ensure continued protection.
According to CelcomDigi, the plan covers cracked screen and battery issues. To subscribe, just launch the CelcomDigi app, go to Shop > Lifestyle (Safety) and click on PhoneFIX. The app will scan your device to check for eligibility. Once approved, you can proceed to subscribe to activate the protection.
The monthly subscription fee varies depending on the value of your device. The base RM3/month is for devices priced at RM500 and below, and it costs RM5/month if your device is priced between RM501 to RM1,000.
If you have a flagship smartphone priced above RM3,000, it will cost you RM17/month and anything beyond RM6,001, costs RM20/month. You can refer to the full list below, and the fee excludes 8% SST.

If you do need to repair your phone, there will be applicable service fee which varies depending on the value of your device. It starts from RM30 per request for devices priced at RM500 and below, and it goes all the way to RM470 for devices priced above RM6,001. The service request fee can be paid directly to Swap Asia via Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit card and eWallet.
Accordingly the the FAQ, there are no additional charges besides the service request fee. However, for Oppo and Vivo devices, you will be required to pay for the full repair cost upfront and any excess amount will be refunded to you by their partner after the repair.
Overall, it is still cheaper than paying out of pocket for repairs, especially when if the screen is cracked. Do note that you’ll need to submit a repair service request within 7 days of damage and before your subscription ends.
To request, just launch the MyDigi app, go to Lifestyle > Subscriptions > PhoneFIX > Submit.
According to CelcomDigi, repairs will be conducted at Swap Device Solutions’ authorised service centre using genuine or equivalent-quality parts to protect your device integrity. Each repair is also covered by a 6-month warranty.
