The Honor X6c has made its launch in Malaysia, succeeding the X6b, which came into our market almost a year ago. At first glance, the Honor X6c might not look too different from its predecessor, but it does bring improvements such as a larger display with a higher refresh rate and a faster chipset.

Honor X6c pricing and availability in Malaysia

In Malaysia, the Honor X6c is available in one configuration only, and is offered in two shades — Ocean Cyan and Midnight Black:

  • Honor X6c (8GB RAM + 256GB storage) – RM599

You can purchase the Honor X6c via Honor Malaysia’s physical Experience store, or online via its official website, as well as e-commerce stores on Shopee and Lazada, and receive a complimentary Honor Sports Kettle worth RM99.

Honor X6c Malaysia specs and features

The Honor X6c comes with a 6.61″ HD+ (1604×720) TFT LCD display, featuring a refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness of 1,010 nits in high brightness mode.

Powered by MediaTek”s Helio G81 Ultra chipset, the Honor X6c in Malaysia is packed with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Imaging-wise, you get a 50MP f/1.8 main camera at the back, paired with an auxiliary lens. For selfies, there’s the 5MP f/2.2 camera up front.

Keeping lights on for the Honor X6c is a 5,300mAh battery, which Honor says can last up to 14.3 hours playing online short videos, 25.5 hours running social apps, and 63.7 hours playing music. In fact, with just 2% of battery in Honor’s Super Power Saving Mode, the Honor X6c is claimed to be able to last up to 13.9 hours in stanby mode with the screen off, or 60 minutes for calls. Charging can be done via USB-C with Honor’s 35W SuperCharge tech.

Furthermore, the Honor X6c is rated at IP64 for dust and splash resistance, and has gotten SGS certification for drop protection at up to 1.5m of height. There’s also a new AI Instant Button on the left side of the phone. By clicking on it, this button allows you to access functions such as turn on Do Not Disturb mode, turn on the flash, take a screenshot, or launch an app.

On the software side of things, the Honor X6c runs on the brand’s MagicOS 9.0, built atop Google’s Android 15.
