At SoyaCincau.com, we believe in more than just content — we build ecosystems. As our Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, helping grow three key verticals under our commercial and engagement arm:

  • Studio rentals at RKMD Studios
  • Affiliate marketing via platforms like Involve Asia, Shopee, and TikTok
  • Events & Content Projects that require creating compelling proposal decks, developing detailed budgets, and creating content plans.
  • EV Charging Business that requires handling customer communication for sales and brainstorming strategic marketing ideas to increase our reach and presence in the charging market
  • Training and reader engagement events for our vibrant tech community

You’ll drive strategy, build relationships, and execute plans with energy, creativity, and data-informed rigour. If you’re a proactive, tech-savvy marketer who thrives on momentum, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Events & Content Projects

  • Lead the commercial development of major activations, including the creation of compelling proposal decks and detailed budget management.
  • Collaborate closely with the content team to bridge creative vision with technical execution for tailored client solutions.
  • Develop integrated content plans that align with project goals while maintaining the authentic SoyaCincau voice.
  • Oversee the business-side logistics of projects to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

2. EV Charging Business

  • Drive the growth of our EV charging infrastructure through proactive sales strategies and direct customer communication.
  • Brainstorm and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase our brand presence and reach within the EV market.
  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to expand the charging network’s commercial footprint.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously optimize our service offerings in this key growth area.

3. Studio Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed set revenue targets.
  • Analyse market trends, create promotional packages, and identify new customer segments.
  • Create marketing materials and engaging social content to drive leads and conversions.
  • Manage bookings, space utilisation, and ensure a high-quality client experience.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the key liaison for all RKMD Studios enquiries and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, creators, and collaborators.
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, meetings, and social media to drive lead generation and bookings.
  • Capture and act on client feedback to improve offerings and experience.

5. Performance Monitoring

  • Track studio sales, bookings, social engagement, and affiliate revenue performance.
  • Use tools like Instagram Insights, WhatsApp Business, and Meta analytics for data-driven decision-making.
  • Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights and optimisation plans.

6. Market Research & Positioning

  • Research studio usage trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
  • Stay informed on content and tech industry developments to shape future strategies.
  • Develop market-informed proposals and growth initiatives.

7. Training & Course Development

  • Co-develop and deliver workshops or training sessions focused on content creation, tech, or EV topics.
  • Tailor modules for different audience levels (e.g., students, creators, professionals).
  • Continuously refine content based on participant feedback and market needs.

8. Affiliate Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns across platforms such as Involve Asia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
  • Optimise content-driven affiliate strategies to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Track and analyse affiliate performance, adjusting tactics for improved ROI.
  • Build and manage relationships with creators, partners, and platform reps.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, content strategy, or a related field.
  • Background in media, creative, or tech industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, social media analytics, and creator economy trends.
  • Proactive, organised, and results-oriented with a natural bias for action.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
  • Passionate about tech, content, and storytelling. (Bonus points if you’re a little geeky.)
