ChargEV has announced several new EV charging sites which also include Legoland Malaysia located at Iskandar Puteri in Johor. If you’re going to Legoland Theme Park or staying overnight at Legoland Hotel, here are several AC charge points to charge your EV.
According to the ChargEV app, there are four 22kW charge points at Legoland Hotel and two 22kW charge points at Legoland Theme Park. These charges are priced at RM0.80 per kWh which is the standard rate for most new ChargEV AC charge points. If your EV can accept 11kW, this charger will cost you approximately RM8.80 per hour or RM5.60 per hour if the EV accepts 7kW constantly.
If you’re a ChargEV member, you’ll enjoy a lower rate of RM0.60 per kWh.
Mall of Medini which is located nearby also has two 22kW AC charge points but the chargers are currently listed as unavailable.
With these 22kW AC charge points, EVs with single-phase onboard chargers (OBC) such as the BYD Dolphin, BYD Atto 3 and the GWM Ora Good Cat will be able to receive its maximum AC charging rate close to 7kW.
