TikTok has announced that it is bringing its content to your big screen with the arrival of TikTok TV in Malaysia. The TV app allows you to watch TikTok videos on various Smart TVs that run on Google TV and Android TV operating systems as well as Samsung Smart TVs and LG devices.
According to TikTok, their TV app is built for a TV home-viewing experience and they have made it easy for you to watch content from the “For You” and “Following” feeds on a compatible Smart TV. TikTok says this includes the most liked and viewed videos across a variety of categories from gaming and comedy to food and animals. To view your personalised feed, you use your existing TikTok account to login on the TikTok TV app.
If you have an Android TV media box, just go to the Play Store and search for TikTok to download the TikTok for Android TV app. To watch the next video, just press right on your remote or press left to view the previous video. You can browse through the tabs by pressing up and you can like and view comments by pressing down. Unlike the smartphone app, the TikTok TV app will load the next video automatically.
