Gentari has announced a price cut for selected DC chargers across Peninsular Malaysia. EV owners can now utilise these chargers for as low as RM1.30 per kWh, depending on the location.
Here’s the full list of the Gentari DC chargers that have received the price cut:
RM1.30 per kWh (from RM1.50)
RM1.40 per kWh (from RM1.60)
The new pricing comes into effect immediately on the Gentari Go app. If for some reason you prefer to charge your EV using other charging apps such as JomCharge and ChargEV, don’t worry – the new pricing has also been reflected on other EV charging apps that have roaming agreements with Gentari.
Gentari has previously opened up its AutoCharge feature to all Gentari Go users starting from 1 July 2026, and it is supported by some of the DC chargers listed above. Before that, the feature was exclusive to Gentari Go subscription passes.
