Poco C81 Pro now in Malaysia: Budget smartphone with 6.9″ 120Hz LCD, 6,000mAh battery, priced from RM389

Poco has launched its latest budget smartphone, the Poco C81 Pro, in Malaysia. With a starting price of just RM389, this device offers a 6.9″ LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 6,000mAh battery, along with a headphone jack.

Poco C81 Pro Malaysia: Pricing and availability

From now until 10 June 2026, Poco is offering the C81 Pro with an early bird promo:

  • 4GB RAM + 64GB storage – RM389 (RRP: RM399)
  • 4GB RAM + 128GB storage – RM429 (RRP: RM449)
  • 4GB RAM + 256GB storage – RM479 (RRP: RM529)

Poco C81 Pro Malaysia: Specs and features

In terms of specifications, the Poco C81 Pro features a 6.9-inch 120Hz LCD screen with a resolution of 1600×720 pixels, and reaches up to 800 nits peak brightness in High Brightness Mode (HBM).

Powering the device is Unisoc’s T7250 octa-core processor, paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and support for up to 8GB of virtual RAM expansion, and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

In terms of imaging, you get a 13MP f/2.2 camera at the back with a 1/3.06″ sensor, which Poco claims improves light intake by up to 13%. For selfies, there’s an 8MP front camera. Both cameras support video recording at up to 1080p 30fps.

The Poco C81 Pro is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery, which the company says can deliver more than two days of use on a single charge. As for charging, the device can be topped up at 15W via USB-C.

Running HyperOS 3 based on Android 16 out of the box, the Poco C81 Pro also packs a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, along with 4G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and a trusty 3.5mm headphone jack.
