Realme 16 Pro series Malaysia: Specs and features

Specs-wise, the Realme 16 Pro comes with a 6.78″ 2772×1272 pixels AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 6,500 nit peak brightness. This is shielded with the AGC DT star D+ glass. With the Pro+ model, you get a 6.8″ panel that pushes slightly more resolution at 2800×1280 pixels and is protected by a tougher Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
In terms of performance, both devices feature different chipsets. With the Realme 16 Pro, you get MediaTek’s Dimensity 7300 Max, paired with 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The Pro+, on the other hand, offers Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 with faster LPDDR5X RAM and the same 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

For imaging, both devices come standard with a 200MP f/1.8 main camera, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP f/2.4 selfie shooter. However, features like the 50MP f/2.8 3.5x optical telephoto sensor and 4K 60fps video shooting capability are reserved exclusively for the Realme 16 Pro+. The 16 Pro tops out at 4K 30fps.
As for the rest of the specs, both smartphones share the same 7,000mAh battery, 80W wired charging capability, along with WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4. They also ship with Realme UI 7.0, built atop Android 16.
