TNB Electron continues with its EV charging network expansion and their latest deployment is in Kuala Terengganu.

Similar to recent EV charger installations, TNB Electron has deployed another high-powered DC Charger within TNB’s own premises.

Keeping to their usual tradition, EV owners can also enjoy complimentary EV charging during the testing phase for a limited time.

TNB Electron has deployed a TELD DC Charging solution at Yard TNB Bukit Kecil in Kuala Terengganu. The site has 3x CCS2 nozzles with a total capacity of 240kW.

Take note that each nozzle is rated at 250A, which provides a maximum charging rate of up to 200kW for 800V EV and up to 100kW for 400V EVs.

The EV chargers are priced at RM1.50 per kWh, and you can activate the charger with no app required. Just tap your credit or debit card at the JuiceUP card terminal.

This TNB Electron EV charging location will be open to the public on 16th January 2026. They are providing free EV Charging from 8:00am on Friday, 16th January until 11:59pm on Saturday 17th January 2026.
