iQoo has announced via its official social media page that its latest flagship smartphone, the iQoo 15, is coming to Malaysia soon, and can now be reserved with early bird gifts on offer. First made its debut in China in October 2025, the iQoo 15 sports several updates over the iQoo 13 (yes, iQoo skipped the number 14), including in the performance, imaging, the battery departments.
Design-wise, the iQoo 15 doesn’t look too different from its predecessor. However, under its hood is Qualcomm’s latest and greatest mobile chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. In China, the iQoo 15 can be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. To keep it cool while still running at its full potential, the device is equipped with a 14,000mm² vapour chamber.
Up front, you get a Samsung-supplied 6.85″ (3168×1440 pixels) LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, along with an underscreen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor located beneath it.
In the imaging department, the iQoo 15 continues to offer a triple 50MP rear camera setup, along with a 32MP selfie shooter at the front. There’s also an illuminating LED strip around the rear camera island, adding aesthetic value.
Supplying power is a 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery — nearly 14% more than what the iQoo 13 offered. However, instead of the 120W wired charging speed the iQoo 13 offered, the iQoo 15 now charges slightly slower at 100W. However, in exchange, the iQoo 15 is capable of wireless charging at 40W as well as bypass charging.
Software-wise, the iQoo 15 runs on its parent company’s OriginOS 6 skin, built atop Android 16. For connectivity, you get 5G, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and a USB-C 3.2 port with OTG support.
From now until 8 December 2025, you can reserve an iQoo 15 for a fee of RM9.90 and receive early bird gifts worth up to RM1,370. This includes a RM100-off trade-in voucher, an iQoo 15 casing, an iQoo Buds Air true wireless earbuds, iQoo Gaming Fingersleeves, as well as 2 years of extended warranty and screen crack warranty.
