TNB Electron continues its EV charger deployment in more underserved areas which will help address range anxiety issues for those travelling interstate.

The latest location is at Muadzam Shah in Pahang, which is a mid-point for those travelling between Kuantan and Segamat, as well as Seremban and Kuala Rompin. It is located about 109km away from Kuantan and 147km away Seremban.

Similar to other new TNB Electron EV charger deployment, these EV chargers are available for free for a limited time.

TNB Electron has deployed a TELD DC charging solution with 4x charging bays, capable of up to 240kW at Petron Keratong Muadzam. There are a total of four EV charging bays and it features a similar setup as Wisma TNB in Kulim.

To activate and to pay for these chargers, there’s a contactless card terminal which accepts credit and debit cards. The usual rate for TNB Electron DC chargers is RM1.50 per kWh.

As part of its new DC charger opening promo, TNB Electron is offering free charging at this location from now until 29th November 2025 at 11:59pm. If you’re travelling from Segamat to Kuantan or vice versa with an EV, you can top up your EV for free this Saturday.

In case you missed it, TNB Electron has recently deployed two 200kW DC Chargers at Petron Makmur Gambang Jaya 2, which is about 80km north from this Petron Keratong Muadzam location.
