After making its global debut in July, Nothing’s sub-brand, CMF, has launched its latest smartwatch, the CMF Watch 3 Pro, here in Malaysia. It might look similar to its predecessor, but it packs meaningful upgrades such as a larger display, improved fitness tracking, and longer battery life.

It is is also available for purchase at authorised Nothing retailers, including DirectD, TMT, Vivid Concepts, TAC Mobile, SS Solution, and Nothing Image Store.
CMF Watch 3 Pro specs and features
The CMF Watch 3 Pro brings a 1.43″ 60Hz AMOLED display with a resolution of 466×466 pixels, and a peak brightness of 670 nits. This panel is 0.11″ larger than the one found on its predecessor, the CMF Watch Pro 2, and gives the Watch 3 Pro a 10% increase in screen-to-body ratio.
You get to choose from a selection of over 120 custom watch faces, including video, photo, and AI-generated options via the Watch Face Studio.
On the health and fitness side of things, the CMF Watch 3 Pro is equipped with a 6-axis accelerometer, along with an upgraded 4-channel optical heart rate sensor.
The latter is said to offer improved accuracy across all skin tones and workout intensities, specifically 7% more accurate heart rate readings during exercise, and 3.6% more accurate while at rest. Also thrown in is dual-band GPS, which CMF says is faster and more accurate than before.
Fitted with 131 sports modes, 8% more than the Watch Pro 2, the CMF Watch 3 Pro comes with a new custom running coach, along with 3D warm-up and stretching guide features. There’s also the Active Score health metric — a scoring system that uses heart rate data and MET values (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) to combine activity intensity and total movement.
In addition to the above, the CMF Watch 3 Pro is reckoned to provide enhanced sleep tracking accuracy, while features like blood oxygen (Sp02) tracking, stress tracking, guided breathing exercises, hydration and inactivity reminders, as well as women’s health support are included too.
Rated at IP68 for dust and water resistance, the CMF Watch 3 Pro is equipped with a built-in speaker and microphones to take calls.
Battery life is rated at up to 13 days under regular use, a 2-day increase over the Watch Pro 2, or 11 days with heavier activity tracking. Turning on Always-On Display (AOD) lowers that to 4.5 days. The 350mAh battery can be charged from flat to full in 99 minutes.
The CMF Watch 3 Pro can be paired with Android phones running Android 6.0 and above, as well as iPhone models running iOS 13 and later, with connectivity made possible by Bluetooth 5.3. The new smartwatch syncs with the Nothing X app, instead of the CMF Watch app.
Its predecessors — the CMF Watch Pro and Watch Pro 2 are also transitioning to the Nothing X app. Users are given until July 2026 to migrate their data that dates to as early as October 2023 to the Nothing X app.
