Measuring just 5.8mm in thickness and 576g in weight, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro sports a 12.5″ 3200×2136 display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits, laid lout in a 3:2 aspect ratio. You also get a 6-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos support.

The Pad 7S Pro is Xiaomi’s first tablet to be powered by its own-developped XRing O1 chipset, which made its debut on the China-exclusive Xiaomi 15S Pro in May 2025. Built on TSMC’s second-generation N3E 3nm process, the XRing O1 sports a 16-core GPU, a 6-core NPU, and a 10-core CPU setup that consists of:

  • 4x Cortex-A725 @ 3.4GHz
  • 2x Cortex-A725 @ 1.9GHz
  • 2x Cortex-A520 @ 1.8GHz

Allowing the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro to function is a 10,610mAh battery, which can be charged via USB-C at 120W. The tablet can also do reverse wired charging at 7.5W.

Software-wise, the Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro runs on the brand’s HyperOS 2, built atop Android 15. It also comes packaged with PC-level WPS software. For imaging related tasks, you get a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front facing camera.
