vivo V50 Lite 5G is Coming Soon to Malaysia with a 6,500mAh Battery and 90W FlashCharge

This post is brought to you by vivo.

vivo is preparing to launch its latest smartphone in Malaysia — the vivo V50 Lite 5G. Designed to cater to the demands of modern, always-connected lifestyles, the V50 Lite focuses on delivering long-lasting battery performance without compromising on style or portability.

At the heart of the device is a large 6500mAh battery supported by vivo’s BlueVolt battery technology. According to vivo, users can expect to charge up to 20% in just 7.5 minutes, with a full charge completed in under an hour, thanks to 90W FlashCharge support. The V50 Lite also features reverse charging capabilities, allowing users to charge accessories or other mobile devices when needed.

Despite housing a large battery, the vivo V50 Lite maintains a slim profile, measuring just 7.79mm thick. This is made possible through a combination of design innovations, including a dual-layer graphite structure for improved thermal efficiency and cold-pressing technology that compresses battery electrodes to increase storage density.

To further optimise power usage, vivo has integrated features such as Super Battery Saver mode and AI Sleep Mode. These aim to extend the phone’s uptime and support long-term battery health. The V50 Lite has also been tested for performance in extreme temperatures ranging from -20°C to 50°C, reflecting vivo’s focus on durability and everyday dependability.

On the front, the V50 Lite features a 6.77-inch P-OLED display with a 94.2% screen-to-body ratio, ultra-narrow bezels, and eye comfort features. The device comes in three colour options: Titanium Gold, Phantom Black with a hint of purple, and Fantasy Purple with a pink-purple gradient.

In conjunction with the upcoming launch, vivo Malaysia will be running the #BlueVoltBatteryMissionMY TikTok Challenge from 1st to 18th May 2025. Participants who showcase the battery capabilities of the V50 Lite stand a chance to win exclusive merchandise or a brand-new device.

The vivo V50 Lite is expected to be available in Malaysia soon. For updates, follow vivo Malaysia on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok or visit their official website.
