Tesla owners in Penang can enjoy free DC fast charging this coming Saturday in conjunction with Earth Week 2025. On top of that, Tesla owners can also stand a chance to win special commemorative collectible and RM500 through its Refer and Earn program.
Free Supercharging Day at Gurney Plaza
Tesla owners can enjoy free Supercharging at Gurney Plaza Supercharger located at Level B1. The free charging offer is only applicable on Saturday, 26th April 2025, from 10am to 10pm. Take note that Tesla Superchargers are currently exclusive to Tesla vehicles only.
As always, move your vehicle after you’re done charging so that others can charge. Take note that Tesla Supercharger imposes an idle fee if you do not move your vehicle once charging is completed.
To recap, Tesla Superchargers are currently priced at RM1.19 per kWh, making it one of the most affordable in the market. At the moment, Tesla has deployed 14 Supercharging stations (64 Superchargers) and 15 Destination Charging Stations (70 chargers) in Malaysia.
Tesla Refer and Earn Programme
Between 22nd April to 28th April 2025, Tesla is also ramping up its Referral program by giving away its 20th Anniversary Commemorative Speedform Set that’s valued at USD 250 (about RM1,097). The Tesla Owner with the most referrals during the campaign period will stand a chance of winning.
In addition, Tesla Owners can earn RM500 by giving anyone RM1,000 off for their new Tesla vehicle purchase.
According to the terms and conditions of the Earth Week promo, the buyer referral benefit is only applicable on orders of the new Tesla Model 3.
