Depending on your home’s power supply, Senheng offers solar systems that cater to both single-phase and three-phase connections.
For greater peace of mind, there’s a solar performance warranty of up to 30 years (guarantee certain percentage of rated output). Meanwhile, the solar panel comes with a 12-year warranty against defects while the inventers are covered by a 10-year warranty against defects. Also included is an operation & maintenance warranty of 1 year to cover issues related to the installation.
Consumers are advised to clean the solar panels at least once a year to ensure optimal solar performance. The frequency of cleaning varies depending on your location and the environment, especially areas with heavy dust, pollen and bird droppings.
