Ahead of the ROG Phone 9 release, RedMagic has officially launched the RedMagic 10 Pro in Malaysia. This is the brand’s latest gaming centric smartphone powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite and they are offering a huge discount of up to RM900 as part of their exclusive launch promo.
Besides rocking on the latest flagship Qualcomm chip, the RedMagic 10 Pro boasts a flat boxy design with built-in RGB fan and it even gets a huge 7,050mAh battery.
RedMagic 10 Pro Malaysia Pricing
The RedMagic 10 Pro is offered in two variants and here’s the official pricing in Malaysia:
- RedMagic 10 Pro 12GB + 256GB – RM3,999 (Launch promo: RM3,199)
- RedMagic 10 Pro 16GB + 512GB – RM4,899 (Launch promo: RM3,999)
The gaming smartphone is available for purchase om Malaysia starting from 12th December 2024 and you can buy it online via Lazada and Shopee.
The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage version is available in Shadow, while the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage option is offered in Dusk and Moonlight.
As part of the launch promo, customers will receive a free RedMagic Rock Magnetic Bluetooth speaker worth RM149 for purchases made by 31st December 2024 while stocks last.
RedMagic 10 Pro Malaysia Specs and Features
The RedMagic 10 Pro features a 6.85″ 144Hz Full HD+ AMOLED display that boasts a maximum brightness of 2000 nits. It runs on a Snapdragon 8 Elite paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 Pro storage.
To keep things cool, the gaming smartphone features a ICE-X Magic Cooling System which includes a built-in high-speed 23,000RPM turbo fan with customisable lights. The device also uses liquid metal technology for improved thermal conductivity which RedMagic claims of being able to reduce temperature by up to 21 degrees celsius.
For imaging, the device features a 50MP main camera and an 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera, while the front gets a 16MP selfie shooter.
The gaming device also gets dual 1115K speakers paired with 1.6cc sound chamber with DTS Ultra certification and Qualcomm Snapdragon Sound. For those who prefer to plug in wired headphones, the RedMagic 10 Pro still offers a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Since this is a gaming centric device, the RedMagic 10 Pro also gets shoulder triggers which boasts a high 2500Hz touch sample rate. The surface of the shoulder triggers are covered with glass and it is said to resist sweat, improve grip and boost touch sensitivity by 10%.
Unlike the Chinese market which has a 6500mAh battery, the RedMagic 10 Pro for Malaysia comes with a larger 7,050mAh dual-cell Silicon Carbon battery that supports up to 100W fast charging. Out of the box, it runs on Magic OS 10 that’s based on Android 15.
