Honor smartphones get price cut up to RM500 off, Honor Magic 6 Pro now priced under RM4,000

Honor Malaysia has announced a price revision which reduces the price for its current smartphone lineup by up to RM500. If you’re looking for a new Honor smartphone, now is probably the ideal time to get your hands on their flagship devices such as the Honor Magic 6 Pro.

The new pricing takes effect from 1st October 2024.

Honor Magic 6 Pro new pricing in Malaysia

The Honor Magic 6 Pro originally priced at RM4,499, is now going for RM3,999. To recap, the device features a 6.8″ Full HD+ quad-curved AMOLED display and it runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It features a triple-camera setup with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 180MP periscope telephoto camera which offers 2.5x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom.

Powering the device is a 5,600mAh battery which supports 80W fast wired charging and 66W fast wireless charging.

Honor 200 series new pricing in Malaysia

If you’re looking for a more affordable offering, Honor Malaysia has reduced the pricing for the Honor 200 series by RM200. The pricing of the Honor 200 Pro with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 has been reduced from RM2,699 to RM2,499. The Honor 200 powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 with 256GB storage is slashed from RM1,899 to RM1,699, while the 512GB version is reduced from RM2,199 to RM1,999.

The Honor 200 Pro gets a 6.78″ quad-curved Full HD+ OLED display and it features a triple camera setup with a 50MP main camera (1/1.3″ H9000 image sensor), 50MP telephoto camera with 2.5x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera. It features a 5,200mAh battery that supports 100W Honor SuperCharge fast charging and 66W fast wireless charging.

Meanwhile, the Honor 200 is their premium mid-range offering and it gets a slightly smaller 6.7″ Full HD+ OLED display and it gets 50MP main camera (1/1.56″ Sony IMX906), 50MP telephoto shooter that also does 2.5x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera. The device also gets a 5,200mAh battery and it also supports 100W fast wired charging.

Honor X6b new pricing in Malaysia

If you’re on a tight budget, the sub-RM600 Honor X6b has also gotten an RM100 price cut. The Honor X6b with 6GB RAM and 256GB storage is now going for RM499.

The device features a 6.56″ 720p 90Hz LCD display and it runs on a MediaTek Helio G85 processor with 6GB RAM and 256GB of storage. For imaging, it features a dual-camera setup which include a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor. Powering the device is a 5,200mAh battery and it supports 35W charging via USB-C.
