The Xiaomi 14T series has officially launched in Malaysia shortly after its global unveiling yesterday evening. Succeeding its predecessor, the Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro continue to offer flagship performance and stellar photography experience with Leica co-engineered cameras at a more affordable price point.
Ahead of the global unveiling, Xiaomi Malaysia started its “pre-order” last week where customers can secure their unit with a RM100 deposit and enjoy extra freebies worth up to RM2,276.

For the Xiaomi 14T, the device comes in Titan Black, Titan Blue and Lemon Green, while the 14T Pro is offered in Titan Black, Titan Blue and Titan Grey. All options feature a rear matte glass finish while the Lemon Green version for the 14T comes with a Vegan leather back.
Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro Malaysia Specs and Features
Similar to last year’s Xiaomi 13T series, the new Xiaomi 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro feature identical screens and run on two different MediaTek Dimensity processors. Both devices feature a 6.67″ CrystalREs AMOLED display that offers 2712×1220 pixels resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 4000 nits. It also boasts Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and PWM Dimming up to 3840Hz.
The Xiaomi 14T is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra with an ARM Mali-G615 MC6 GPU while the 14T Pro gets a more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chip with Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU. Both flagship smartphones come with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM (8533Mbps) and UFS 4.0 storage.
In the camera department, both 14T series device get a triple-camera setup with 50MP main camera, 50MP telephoto camera and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. For the main shooter, the Xiaomi 14T model uses a Sony 1/1.56″ IMX906 image sensor while the 14T Pro version gets a larger 1/1.31″ Light Fusion 900 sensor. When it comes to telephoto camera, the 14T offers 50mm equivalent focal length (2.2x) while the 14T Pro offers 60mm equivalent focal length (2.6x).
For selfies, both devices get a 32MP front camera that sits in a punch-hole on the display. As you would expect from a flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro feature IP68-rated dust and water resistance, stereo speakers with Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Audio Wireless certification.
Besides supporting 5G, the Xiaomi 14T series supports Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC. For WiFi, the Xiaomi 14T Pro supports WiFi 7 with 4×4 MIMO, while the non-Pro version supports WiFi 6E with 4×4 MIMO.
Powering the Xiaomi 14T series is a large 5,000mAh battery which is similar to its predecessor. When it comes to charging, the Xiaomi 14T Pro supports 120W HyperCharge via USB-C and for the very first time for a T-series device, wireless charging up to 50W. According to Xiaomi, you can fully charge the Xiaomi 14T Pro in just 19 minutes with 120W fast wired charging and 45 minutes with 50W fast wireless charging.
Meanwhile, the standard Xiaomi 14T still comes with 67W HyperCharge via USB-C which allows you to charge up to 100% in 45 minutes.
