Shortly after the announcement of the RedMagic 9S Pro, Nubia Malaysia introduced the Z60 Ultra Leading Version, its latest flagship smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version. The Leading Version is essentially an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with higher frequencies for the CPU and GPU.
Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version Malaysia Price
The Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version is offered in two configurations in Malaysia and here’s the official pricing:
- Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version 12GB RAM + 256GB storage – RM3,499
- Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version 16GB RAM + 512GB storage – RM4,299
- Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version 16GB RAM + 1TB storage – RM4,699
As an early bird promo, you can save up to RM800 when you place your orders online between 1st to 10th August 2024. During the first-sale, the 12GB+256GB version can be yours for RM2,899 while the 16GB+512GB version is going for RM3,499. The range-topping 16GB RAM + 1TB storage option can be yours for RM3,899. The Z60 Ultra Leading Version is available in Black and Silver.
On top of that, buyers will also receive a ZTE Buds 2 wireless earbuds (worth RM199) for free, while stocks last. The first sale is happening exclusively on the official Nubia store on Lazada Malaysia.
Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version specs and features
The Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version features a 6.8″ 120Hz Full HD+ (2480×1116 pixels resolution) AMOLED display that boasts a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut. As mentioned earlier, the device runs on Qualcomm’s top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version which can be configured with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
In the photography department, Nubia is highlighting its AI Photography features which include AI Ultra Clear Picture Quality algorithms and AI Flash Capture to enhance your picture details and to simplify street photography. The device gets a triple-camera setup which includes a 50MP main camera utilising a Sony IMX906 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle shooter and a 64MP telephoto camera. All three cameras come with optical image stabilisation.
For selfies, the device gets a 12MP under-display camera on the front, which claims to feature 6th-generation UDC technology. According to Nubia, the front camera uses an Enhancement Algorithm 6.0 to deliver the clearest under-display selfies.
The Nubia Z60 Ultra Leading Version supports up to 802.11be WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and 5G connectivity. The device also gets IP68-rated dust and water resistance.
Powering the device is a large 6,000mAh Silicon-carbon anode battery and it supports 80W fast wired charging via USB-C.
