Own a Mini and need expert advice or guidance about your vehicle? Mini Malaysia has introduced Mini Geniuses, a team of experts aimed at providing personalised care to both new and existing customers. The first six Mini Geniuses have been trained and deployed to six dealerships in Malaysia.
According to Mini Malaysia, Mini Geniuses are carefully selected and rigorously trained by the BMW Group Regional Training Centre in Cyberjaya to bring the Mini customer experience to the next level. It added that these Geniuses expertly navigate the retail complexities of today, leveraging their passion for new media and modern technologies to provide Mini customers with a pressure-free sales environment.
They added that their role complements that of a Sales Advisor by focusing on acquainting customers with every aspect of the Mini portfolio which includes conducting needs analysis and product presentations to facilitating test drives. Existing Mini customers can also reach out to Mini Geniuses for further enquiries on their vehicles.
The Mini Geniuses have been deployed at Auto Bavaria Ara Damansara, Auto Bavaria Kuala Lumpur, Auto Bavaria Balakong, Auto Bavaria Tebrau, Wheelcorp Premium Setia Alam and Ingress Auto Bangsar.
