Honor has had a fairly busy couple of months so far in 2024, having already debuted the Honor Magic 6 Pro, the Honor Pad 9 and Magic V2 foldable since the start of the year. However, the Chinese manufacturer isn’t planning to stop anytime soon and are now teasing the launch of four more products set to arrive on 22 April.
The first of these is the Honor X7b 5G, which appears to be an updated version of the Honor X7b that launched in Malaysia late last year. The Honor X7b 5G has already been unveiled by Honor globally, so we know that this will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6020 system-on-chip with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. You can also expect a 108MP main camera on the black flanked by a pair of 2MP macro and depth sensors along with an 8MP front camera. Its display meanwhile is a large 6.8-inch, FHD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and there’s a 6,000mAh battery keeping the lights on too.
As for the Honor Pad 9 5G, well Honor has actually already unveiled this last month at the Magic 6 Pro launch event. It’s a 12.1-inch tablet with an IPS display pushing a 2560 x 1600p resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, while under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 system-on-chip. There’s also an 8,300mAh battery, a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera for video conferencing. The WiFi-only version of the Honor Pad 9 is already on sale with a RM1,499 price tag, so you can expect the Honor Pad 9 to be priced a little bit higher than that.
Lastly, Honor says that a refreshed MagicBook X 16 laptop is set to debut too on 22 April, with claims of ‘next gen features’ that are likely referring to AI-related capabilities that’s all the rage currently in the tech world. Honor is also going to launch the Honor Band 9, their latest all-round fitness tracker.
