Hotlink has just announced new and enhanced prepaid and postpaid plans. The enhancements include more data and uncapped 5G internet speeds for prepaid customers. According to Hotlink, it wants customers to experience uninterrupted gaming and streaming on their mobile devices.

Ultimately, we aim to provide more data and better value across the board with the best 5G experience enabled automatically for everyone to enjoy.”
Now all Hotlink Prepaid passes are 5G enabled and each plan comes with uncapped 5G data speeds when used between 8 pm and 8 am daily (off-peak times). This is in addition to the unlimited internet and hotspot access already available to Hotlink customers.

Based on Hotlink’s FAQ, the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) for the plans varies between passes – with the 7-day pass includes 20GB of FUP limit while the 30 days sees 100GB. After reaching the limit, speeds will be throttled down to 512kbps with no quota limit. The uncapped 5G speed from 8 pm to 8 am uses the same FUP pool.
For customers looking for uncapped speeds that are available 24/7, the new Hotlink Prepaid Pantas passes have been upgraded with more data quota. Each pass will see data quota for 4G and 5G along with bonus data for 5G.
Along with the 5G access, all Hotlink PostPaid gets double the data quota with bonus 5G data thrown in. All postpaid plans include unlimited SMS and calls.
For Postpaid 70 customers, they will get to use their quota to roam in Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand at no additional charges. Postpaid 60 and 70 can also enjoy device subsidies for selected devices available on the Hotlink website. All of the plans offer hotspot capability, tapping into each plan’s allocated quota.
Existing Postpaid 60 and 70 customers will be upgraded to the new plan from 18 to 29 January 2024. The current Postpaid 40 customers will remain on the plan but will enjoy the upgraded data from 30GB (4G only) to 30GB (4G/5G). All new signups moving forward will be the new plan with the upgraded internet quotas.
Hotlink is also offering 20% cashback vouchers exclusively for customers who are below 24 years old with each monthly internet pass purchase. More information can be found via the Hotlink app or the official FAQ page.
