One begins, and the other follows. With the launch of the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max, Apple has set the design standard that the other manufacturers are sure to follow with the introduction of titanium in their devices. Samsung seems to be the first to bite the bait and follow the trend, if the rumour circulating online is legit.
According to a tipster on X, formerly known as Twitter, next years Galaxy S24 lineup will have the exotic material as part of the device construction. This includes the Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra.
Early renders of the Ultra model have been leaked online, and it has a flatter screen and frame when compared to this year’s Galaxy S23 Ultra. Apparently, the vanilla models will also see a flatter design as a whole.
The prevailing rumour is that Samsung will be limiting the exotic material to the Ultra model exclusively, but this rumour may signal that Samsung will not discriminate among its 2024 models.
Of course seeing that we are still this far out from the launch window, which is expected to be sometime in either late January or early February, do take the rumour with a grain of salt. But, Titanium should give the phone a bit more rigidity, but conversely, we may see a price hike of the Galaxy S24 series when compared to the 2023 models.
