If you’re facing service disruption on CelcomDigi Fibre, you’re not alone. Digi’s Facebook page has confirmed that it is facing an outage for its fibre service nationwide.
According to their replies on social media at 2:50pm this afternoon, they are expecting to resolve the problem in approximately 4 hours. In another response, they also mentioned that they are working closely with TM to resolve the matter.
From the responses on their Facebook post, it appears that CelcomDigi customers around the country including those in Perak, Pahang, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Sabah are facing connection issues with their fibre broadband plan. We’ve reached out to CelcomDigi for further details on the matter.
Celcom and Digi have recently “unified” their fibre broadband offering with plans up to 300Mbps. Eligible Celcom and Digi postpaid customers can sign up for a 300Mbps fibre plan for RM100/month and enjoy Smart TV bundles from as low as RM64/month. According to CelcomDigi’s Q1 2023 report, the merged telco has a total of 107,000 fibre subscribers.
