You can either find time to vacuum the floor everyday, or….

This post is brought to you by iRobot.

Between work, family, friends, hobbies, leisure, and relaxation, some of you may not always find the time for cleaning the house. And when you eventually do find the spare time to pull up your sleeves and clean the house, you might want to get it done as soon as possible. So, wouldn’t it be great if you didn’t have to clean every part of your house?

Well, with the help of the iRobot Roomba® i2, you can offload vacuuming duties to it. This robotic vacuum cleaner is designed from the ground up to specialise in removing dirt and dust on the floor. As such, it is equipped with a 3-stage cleaning system and a powerlifting suction that is 10 times more capable than the previous Roomba® 600 series.

The bulk of the cleaning process is handled by unique dual multi-surface rubber brushes which are flexible, making it possible to clean different floor textures. They also feature a wide track, allowing them to cover a larger floor area in one pass. Additionally, the Roomba® i2 cleans in neat zig-zag rows to ensure that every inch of the accessible floor area is vacuumed.

When the Roomba® i2 reaches a wall, its edge sweeping brush helps to pull dust and dirt along the edge of the wall.

Using a feature called Direct Detect™ Technology, the Roomba® i2 can analyse the surface condition of the floor using an array of sensors and determine if a second round of vacuuming is needed. Therefore, it can efficiently work by allocating more time and energy to the dirtier areas of the house. Should the Roomba® i2 run low on battery, it can pause vacuuming and return to the charging base to recharge.

You can conveniently monitor the progress of the Roomba® i2 with the iRobot Home App which will indicate if it’s vacuuming, charging, or on standby. Moreover, the app also features a scheduling feature which allows you to construct a cleaning schedule for the Roomba® i2. You can choose the day and time of day for the Roomba® i2 to vacuum the floors.

So, depending on how you create the schedule, you can get the Roomba® i2 to vacuum the house everyday, keeping the floors neat and clean. Therefore, you don’t have to worry much about cleaning the floors and can focus on the other parts of the house. This way, you can complete your cleaning much sooner than you would have without this little helper vacuuming your floors daily.

You can check out the iRobot Roomba® i2 as well as the rest of the iRobot family line-up on iRobot’s official Malaysian store.
