Ahead of the upcoming Hari Kaamatan and Hari Gawai, Tune Talk has revealed a new Borneo 25 Prepaid plan which offers more data for less. For a limited time, Tune Talk’s Borneo 25 which normally retails for RM25 is offered for only RM20 per month.
The Borneo 25 plan is advertised as an “unlimited” plan which comes with a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limit of 30GB a month which is also usable for hotspot usage. However, like most “unlimited” plans in the market, the speed is capped at 3Mbps. Also included is unlimited calls to all networks and also unlimited Chat via WhatsApp and WeChat.
As the name implies, this plan is offered exclusively for Sabah and Sarawak residents and it can only be purchased at Tune Talk stores in the two East Malaysian states. Once the 30GB monthly FUP is depleted, you can still continue to stay connected but with a throttled speed of 512kbps. If you need more data, Tune Talk offers data boosters of 1.5GB for RM3/month and 10GB for RM10/month.
