Huawei P60 Pro Malaysia Specs
To recap on the specs, the Huawei P60 Pro features a 6.67″ LTPO 120Hz OLED panel that pushes a resolution of 2700×1220 pixels. It also supports 1440Hz PWM dimming and a quad-curved Kunlun glass which claims to offer better drop resistance compared to regular smartphone glass.
Under the hood, the Huawei P60 Pro runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip without 5G support. The device for Malaysia can be configured with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
The biggest highlight is its rear triple-camera setup with XMAGE imaging technology. It consists of a 48MP main camera with a variable aperture lens (f/1.4 to f/4.0), a 48MP f/2.1 periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, and a 13MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens. Despite not using large 1-inch or high-megapixel count sensors, the P60 Pro captures bright images in challenging low-light situations. This is made possible with a combination of RYYB sensors, adjustable aperture and an array of low transmittance lenses. For selfies, the P60 Pro gets a 13MP f/2.4 selfie camera that sits in a tiny punch-hole on the display.
Just recently, the Huawei P60 Pro was crowned the best smartphone camera title on DxOMark with a new high score of 156, beating the likes of the Oppo Find X6 Pro and the Honor Magic 5 Pro. You can check out the Huawei P60 Pro camera samples in our hands-on post.
As you would expect from a flagship-class device, the Huawei P60 Pro has stereo speakers, IP68-rated dust and water resistance, along with support for WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. Powering the device is a 4,815mAh battery that can support up to 88W for wired SuperCharge and up to 50W wireless charging. In turbo mode, you can charge the P60 Pro to 50% in just 10 minutes.
Out of the box, it runs on Android 13 and Huawei EMUI 13.1 skin on top. Like most new Huawei smartphones, there’s no Google Play Store, and you’ll have to discover and download apps from the Huawei AppGallery.
