Huawei Malaysia is having a mega product launch on 11th May 2023. Besides the Huawei P60 Pro, the Chinese tech giant is also launching its premium Huawei Mate X3 foldable flagship smartphone and several wearables as well.

To recap, the Huawei Mate X3 is a foldable device with a flexible inward folding display. It is incredibly thin at only 5.3mm (unfolded) and weighs just 239g despite having a 4,800mAh battery. Besides having a premium build quality, the Huawei Mate X3 also features Kunlun glass for the cover display, IPX8-rated water resistance and it can fold shut without any noticeable thigh gap.

You can check out our first impressions of the Huawei Mate X3 during our visit to Huawei’s headquarters in Shenzhen, China or watch the video below:

Besides the two Huawei flagship smartphones, they are also unveiling the Huawei Watch Ultimate and the Huawei Watch Buds. The Huawei Watch Ultimate is essentially the company’s answer to the Apple Watch Ultra as it gets a more premium and rugged exterior, and is designed for scuba diving at up to 100-metres deep. The Watch Ultimate uses a Zirconium-based Liquid Metal case, while the 1.5″ LTPO AMOLED screen uses Sapphire Glass and is protected by a nano-tech ceramic bezel. It boasts up to 14 days of battery life with regular use or 8 days with heavy usage.

Meanwhile, the Huawei Watch Buds is a smartwatch that comes with built-in wireless earbuds. Underneath its pop-up 1.4″ AMOLED display are two bullet-design earbuds. The tiny earbuds offer active noise cancellation and up to 3 hours of music playback per charge. Without noise cancellation, the earbuds can offer up to 4 hours of music playback.
