During the launch of Honor Magic 5 Pro, the latest flagship smartphone has obtained not just one but two #1 titles on DxOMark. The new triple-camera setup with Falcon Capture Algorithm has obtained a new DxOMark camera high-score of 152, beating the Huawei Mate 50 Pro which had a DxOMark camera score of 149.
According to DxoMark, the Magic 5 Pro has received 154 points for photo, 80 for bokeh, 74 for preview and 156 for zoom. When it comes to video, it scored 144 points which is also higher than the Huawei Mate 50 Pro.
Besides the camera, DxOMark has also crowned the Magic 5 Pro for having the best display on a smartphone with a total of 151 points. The Magic 5 Pro boasts having the industry’s first 2160Hz Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) dimming which reduces flicker and eye fatigue. The 120Hz curved OLED panel also boasts a peak HDR brightness of 1800 nits which is one of the highest for a smartphone.
