If the GoPro Hero 11 Black isn’t compact enough for you, the smaller GoPro Hero 11 Black Mini is now officially available in Malaysia. According to GoPro Malaysia, the Hero 11 Black Mini can be purchased at select retailers around Malaysia.
The GoPro Hero11 Black Mini is officially priced at RM1,979 in Malaysia, which is RM420 cheaper than the full-size Hero 11 Black that’s priced at RM2,399. If you want to purchase it online, you can get it now on the official GoPro store on Lazada and Shopee.
The GoPro Hero 11 Black Mini weighs 133g, making it 20g lighter than the bigger sibling but it still carries most of the features. It features the GP2 chip and has a 1/1.9″ CMOS sensor with a 10-bit colour depth that can record 5.3K videos at 60fps, 4K videos at 120fps and 2.7K videos at 240fps, as well as 24.7MP still captures from the video.
Also included is HyperSmooth 5.0 technology with in-camera 360-degree Horizon Lock to keep your footage steady regardless of the angle. It also features time-lapse in various modes including timewarp, star trails and light painting. The camera can still record audio in RAW audio capture format with its 3 mics. For hands-free usage, it has voice control with support for 11 languages with 6 accents.
Instead of a two-display setup like the standard GoPro Hero 11, the Mini only comes with a tiny 0.55″ display next to its single button at the top which displays the current resolution and frame rate settings as well as battery life status. The camera has two sets of folding fingers for greater mounting versatility.
