The Huawei MatePad 11 is a great choice for something that costs under RM2,000, especially as it’s a tablet that comes with its own Huawei M-Pencil. With the pencil, you’re able to expand your tablet use by being able to draw and write down notes without typing anything. You can even pair it with the Huawei Smart Magnetic Keyboard that it comes with.
Powered by a flagship-level Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 system-on-chip, the MatePad 11 is mated to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. However, as it is a Huawei device, it does mean that you won’t get Google Mobile Services on the MatePad 11. Instead, it’ll come with Huawei’s own HarmonyOS 2 and Huawei AppGallery.

The Oppo Pad Air has a light body, measuring at only 6.94mm. It’s weight is also just 440g, making it super easy to carry around you. So if you’re looking for great portability, the Oppo tablet is a good option—and the price is also closer to RM1,000 than RM2,000.
The tablet comes with a 10.36-inch LCD display pushing a 2000 x 1200p display, and features what Oppo are calling a ‘smart backlight’ with 2,048 dimming zones. Under the hood, you’ll find the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 system-on-chip, and that gets mated to 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. However, its battery is a measley 7,100mAh—which Oppo claims can will last you up to 12 hours while watching video.
