Shortly after Wiko introduced its T10 smartphone, Realme has announced the Narzo 50i Prime. This is their new entry-level smartphone and it will go on sale during the upcoming 8.8 sale.
The Realme Narzo 50i Prime comes in two configurations and here’s the official pricing in Malaysia:
The device is offered in either Mint Green and Dark Blue. You can purchase the 32GB and 64GB storage models from the Realme Global Store on Lazada Malaysia starting from the 8th of August. As an early bird promo, the Realme Narzo 50i Prime 32GB version can be yours at a promotional price of RM369 while the 64GB version is going for RM429 during the 8.8 sale while stocks last.
Looking at the specs, the Narzo 50i Prime looks like a rebadge of the Realme C30. The device gets a 6.5″ HD+ display with a tiny notch and it runs on a Unisoc T612 processor. It is paired with up to 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 64GB UFS 2.2 storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 1TB.
The rear gets a single 8MP main camera while the front features a 5MP selfie shooter. Just like the Realme C30, it gets a large 5,000mAh battery but it still charges using a dated microUSB port.
Unlike the C30, the Narzo 50i Prime doesn’t ship with a power adapter in the box. This means you’ll only get the phone and a USB cable. Out of the box, the device runs on Realme UI Go that’s based on Android 11 Go Edition.
Besides the Narzo 50i Prime, Realme is also offering special promos for other Narzo devices during the 8.8 sale. Here’s the list of deals that’s offered on Lazada and Shopee:
