The TRUTH about online passport renewal in Malaysia | Trends

The Malaysian Immigration Department has recently announced that Malaysian international passport renewals must now be done online and walk-ins are only applicable for selected people only. That means we are now not able to renew our passports at the nearby immigration offices and we have to do it online by ourselves. So how long does it take for you to renew your passport and is the process tedious?
