Grab and Touch ‘n Go eWallet are currently having promotions where you can get up to RM3 off for Setel reloads. In case you didn’t know, Setel is the petrol eWallet app where you can pay for fuel on your smartphone. If you are fast enough to take advantage of the promotions, you can purchase RM90 worth of fuel for only RM83.20.
Setel and Grab have recently announced a partnership that allows Setel users to top-up via GrabPay and earn points from both platforms. In conjunction with Ramadan, you can get 10% off (capped at RM3 with minimum spend of RM30) your top-up on Setel via GrabPay.
On the Setel app, just top-up your Wallet and select GrabPay as your payment option. Before checking out, enter the promocode GRABSETEL10 and you should see RM3 discount reflected in the grand total. Even with this promo, you can still earn 81 GrabRewards points for the RM27 transaction.
This 10% Setel discount promo is available from 12th April until 2nd May 2022, and is limited to 350 redemptions daily. Each user can only redeem the offer once throughout the period.
If you’re using Touch ‘n Go eWallet, here’s how you can get a RM30 Setel voucher for RM28 but it requires a two purchase process. On the eWallet app, click on the A+ Rewards on the home screen.
Then you’ll need to get the Alipay+ Rewards RM1 discount voucher for RM0.10. Each user can purchase this voucher twice during the campaign period, while stocks last. After that, you can proceed to buy the Setel RM30 Cash Voucher which is already being offered at a discounted price of RM29. With the AliPay+ discount voucher, the RM30 Setel voucher would only cost you RM28. If you managed to get two AliPay+ discount vouchers, you can buy RM60 worth of Setel vouchers for RM56, provided that the vouchers are still available.
After purchasing the voucher, just copy the voucher code and enter it in your Setel eWallet app. To redeem the code, go to More > Payment Methods > Voucher Top-up. The RM30 credit should be reflected immediately.
These offers are valid for a limited time so you’ve got to be quick. Let us know if you are able to redeem them all.
