Mobile gaming on a smartphone can be quite demanding and Digi has introduced RDY, an exclusive prepaid plan for gamers that promises to offer a superior gaming experience. According to Digi, RDY offers unlimited gaming for select titles, more responsive gaming with optimised latency and you can earn cashback when you buy game credits using your Digi prepaid balance.

The Digi RDY Gaming Plan costs RM88/month but as a launch promo, it is now going for RM68/month. The plan offers unlimited calls to all local networks in Malaysia and it has 50GB of high-speed data that can be utilised for all usage. If you need more, they are offering boosters which start from RM3 for 1.5GB to RM10 for 10GB.

The plan also offers unlimited gaming for 7 games namely PUBG, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, FreeFire, Call of Duty, AoV (Arena of Valor), League of Legends (Wild Rift) and League of Legends (PC). The 7 titles also get “Optimised Gaming Latency” a feature where Digi optimises its network prioritisation to provide better latency times for selected gaming titles. It promises to offer super response ping with minimal lag, but of course, this would also depend on the network situation for your area.

To stretch your Ringgit further, Digi RDY also offers 5% credit cashback when you use your Digi Prepaid credits on the Google PlayStore, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, Garena App Store and Coda Shop. For example, if you spend RM50 with Direct Operator Billing, you’ll receive RM2.50 Game Credit Cashback that you can use for your plan’s renewal or data plan purchase.

As an added bonus for early-bird users, the first 500 customers will get 10% extra internet for 12 months. New customers can sign up for the RDY Gaming Plan via the Digi online store while existing Digi prepaid customers can swtich their plan by dialling *128# on their phone. For more info, you can check out Digi’s website.
