Vivo V23e and V23e 5G specs
Right off the bat, you’ll probably notice that both the Vivo V23e and V23e 5G look extremely similar with their 172g, glass back chassis. Both come with a 6.44-inch, FHD+ AMOLED display though there isn’t any fancy high refresh rate on show here. They also come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, but use different system-on-chips. The 4G-only Vivo V23e has a MediaTek Helio G96 underneath, while the Vivo V23e 5G has a MediaTek Dimensity 810, allowing the latter device 5G connectivity and slightly more performance too.
While both devices are marketed with their cameras in mind, there are actually more differences between the two in the imaging department. The Vivo V23e has a triple rear camera setup, with a 64MP, f/1.79 main camera flanked by an 8MP, f/2.2 wide-angle shooter and a 2MP, f/2.4 macro lens. On the front of the device meanwhile is a 50MP, f/2.0 selfie camera tucked away in notch. As for the Vivo V23e 5G, it seems to get an ever so slightly weaker camera setup, with its selfie camera reduced to a 44MP, f/2.0 shooter while its triple rear camera setup now gets a 50MP, f/1.8 main camera instead.
Elsewhere, the similarities continue; both devices come with an under-display fingerprint sensor and a measly 4,050mAh battery with 44W fast charging via USB-C. They come in two colourways, namely Moonlight Shadow and Sunshine Coast. For more information about the Vivo V23e and V23e 5G, you can check out their product pages on the Vivo Malaysia website.
