SFF PC lovers rejoice: Colorful launches new tiny RTX 3060, and it’s adorable

Colorful may not be the most familiar of names, but they’ve been around since 1995 and are known as a solid manufacturer of desktop PC parts. They’ve recently launched a few new parts targeted at the small form factor (SFF) PC crowd, which includes this absolutely sleek little NVIDIA RTX 3060 graphics card.

Colorful iGame GeForce RTX 3060 Mini OC

Named the Colorful iGame GeForce RTX 3060 Mini OC, it’s not the most powerful RTX 3060 out there but it’s probably one of the smallest. Measuring just 182mm long with a double PCIe slot thickness, it’s the perfect fit for anyone looking to build a tiny desktop PC.

It may have ‘OC’ in its name, but Colorful have wisely not given it too much of a factory overclock. The RTX 3060 Mini OC has a base clock of 1320MHz and 1777MHz, but has a switch on the rear to allow the factory overclock to kick in. Once you turn that on, it goes above NVIDIA’s reference speeds to a max boost clock of 1792MHz. Again, not much, but given its tiny footprint its still something.

Cooling gets taken care of by four 6mm heat pipes and a single 90mm fan. It’s otherwise pretty similar to a reference RTX 3060, with a 170W TDP, a recommended power supply unit of 550W and 12GB of GDDR6 memory. Unfortunately, Colorful hasn’t stated any pricing or availability details for the iGame RTX 3060 Mini OC just yet.

Colorful CVN B560I Gaming Pro/Frozen

Following their theme of tiny desktop parts, Colorful has also just released two new B560 ITX motherboards, the Colorful CVN B560I Gaming Frozen and Colorful CVN B560I Gaming Pro. Being B560 motherboards, they’ll support both 10th generation and 11th generation Intel Core processors.

The two motherboards are pretty much the same, with the only notable difference being that the CVN B560I Gaming Frozen has a snow-white PCB while the CVNB560I Gaming Pro has a standard black and gray PCB. Both also feature silver accents across the motherboard.

Other that that, they both have a 6+2 power phase, 2x DDR4 RAM slots with support for XMP, 1x PCIe 4.0 x16 slot, 1x PCIe 3.0 x4 M.2 slot and 4x SATA 3.0 ports. There’s also 2x USB 2.0 headers, 2x USB-A 3.2 headers and 1x USB-C 3.2 header for front I/O, while you’ll find more ports on the back for 2x USB 2.0, 2x USB-A 3.2, 1x USB-C 3.2, 1x HDMI, 1x DP and 6-channel audio. Extra features include 1Gbit LAN, 2x fan headers, 1x 5V RGB header and 1x AIO fan header.

The Colorful CVN B560I Gaming Pro is priced at USD 185 (~RM784.86), while the Colorful CVN Gaming Frozen is priced at USD 195 (~RM827.29). For more information on the Colorful iGame RTX 3060 Mini OC, CVN B560I Gaming Pro or CVN B560I Gaming Frozen, you can check out their respective product pages on Colorful’s website.
