COVID-19 vaccination: Hotline number and website registration now available

Don’t have MySejahtera? There are now two more options to register for the National COVID-19 Immunisation Programme. For those who don’t have access to smartphones, you can now sign up via their website or call-in to a dedicated hotline number.

Web Registration

To register you can fill up a form on vaksincovid.gov.my and it will take less than 5 minutes. All you’ll need to provide is your Name, IC or passport number, mobile number, email (if available) and answer four simple Yes/No questions. After registering, you will receive a confirmation SMS within 24 hours.

Phone Registration

If you don’t have internet access, you can call 1800-888-828. The hotline is available in both Malay and English.

The easiest way to register is still by MySejahtera, which is available on Apple App Store, Google Play Store and the Huawei App Gallery. The app was recently updated with a new interface which clearly shows the status of the registration and a checklist of the next steps. If you’ve registered before, Khairy Jamaluddin, the coordinating minister of the COVID-19 vaccination program has assured that your registration has been recorded.
