Yoodo users may face service disruption during 24-26 February due to system upgrade

Yoodo has announced that it will be conducting a system upgrade starting this Wednesday, 24th February 2021. The upgrade will take 3 days until 26th February and it might affect your mobile experience.

According to the digital telco under Celcom, customers may face intermittent disruption for data, voice and SMS services during the upgrade period. In addition, the upgrade may also affect the payment system and users are urged to renew their plan or make their purchases before 24th February 2021.

If your plan renews between 24th-26th February, you are able to renew earlier. You can refer to Yoodo’s FAQ on the “Renew Anytime” feature here.

In case you missed it, Yoodo is having a double data promo if you customise a plan with 10GB (5GB + Free 5GB) and above. For RM25, you’ll get 10GB and for RM40, you can get 30GB of data.
