If you’re a student sitting your SPM or STPM exams soon, Celcom has unveiled its special plan which offers 15GB of data for RM20 per month. The plan is available now until the end of April 2021.
According to the T&C, the plan is offered for SPM and STPM students who are born between 2001 to 2004, and have an active Celcom line throughout the campaign period. For existing customers that are eligible, you’ll receive an SMS from Celcom about the campaign. You can subscribe the 15GB for RM20/month Internet Pass under the Deals section on the Celcom Life App, which is available on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery.
For new users, you can purchase a starter pack from the Celcom online shop, Bluecube outlets or any authorised dealers. After activating the starter pack, you’ll receive an SMS from Celcom if you’re eligible within 4 days.
The Internet pass comes with a 30 day validity and customers may subscribe multiple times during the campaign period. Any unused data will be forfeited at the end of the validity and it won’t be carried over to the next month.
Celcom is among the 5 telcos listed by the MCMC to provide special data plans for SPM and STPM students. Apart from offering affordable data plans, several telcos will also provide free WiFi service at 130 selected Public Housing Projects (Program Perumahan Rakyat – PPR) nationwide until the end of April 2021.
In case you missed it, the daily free 1GB data offer for productivity use has been extended until March 2021. You can activate your free daily data via your telco’s self care apps, SMS or UMB codes.
