Bandai Namco Studios Malaysia is hiring, here’s your chance to break into the game industry

Do you have a passion for games and would like to be involved in the creative process? Well, you may now have a chance at pursuing your dreams. Bandai Namco Studios Malaysia is looking to hire some fresh new talent at the company.

If you didn’t know, the Japanese game development studio has been in Malaysia since 2016 and is part of the Bandai Namco Group that was founded in 2005. The company owns notable game franchises including Pac-Man, Gundam, Tekken, Soulcalibur and Dark Souls.

During its four years of operation, the Malaysian studio has been involved in the development of hit titles like Tekken 7, Soulcalibur VI, God Eater 3 and Code Vein. The studio describes itself as a team of diverse, talented, and enthusiastic people whose mission is to create and deliver exceptional gaming experiences.

There are a total of eight positions opened to be filled at the studio. This is spread across four categories: animator, environment modeler, character modeler and concept artist. At present, there are two open positions under each category, one junior and the other being a middle level. According to Bandai Namco Studios Malaysia, fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the junior positions.
