DBKL Parking returns to JomParking from 7th October

DBKL had recently terminated the contract for its street parking machines and it will only accept cashless mobile payments moving forward. The change was announced in such a short notice and most users were unhappy that existing apps such as JomParking, Touch ‘n Go eWallet and Boost were no longer supported. As a result, most users had no choice but to download other apps to pay for street parking.

If you’re a JomParking user with existing credit, here’s some good news. The parking-focused app has announced that DBKL Parking is making a comeback to its platform.

According to the JomParking announcement, they apologised for the inconvenience caused and they thank its users for their patience and support. Users will be able to pay for DBKL parking on the app starting Wednesday, 7th October 2020.

The JomParking app is available on the Apple AppStore, Google PlayStore and Huawei AppGallery.
