LG Tone Free: LG’s self-cleaning headphones are now available from RM299

A couple of months ago, we talked about a pair of TWS headphones that have a really, really unique feature: the LG Tone Free. That unique feature? LG’s bundled charging case actually “eliminates bacteria and germs” on the earbuds while charging them.

In a time where personal hygiene has received more attention than ever, this would probably appeal to many users out there—especially those who regularly share their headphones. With an estimated battery life of up to six hours, along with three additional charges via the charging case, you get a total of 18 hours of usage on a single charge.

Additionally, there is also IPX4 water resistance rating—which means that it should be able to withstand splashing water, rain, and sweat, along with Google Assistant and Siri support and touch commands. Two colour options are available: Stylish Black and Modern White.

We now have official pricing for the Malaysian market for the LG Tone Free, and if you’re interested, you’ll need to act fast—the LG Tone Free is available at a discounted price of RM299, but only until the 10th of October 2020.

Additionally, LG is also offering the LG Xboom mobile speakers at discounted prices: the smaller LG Xboom Go and the pricier LG Xboom On.

Full retail pricing is as follows:

LG Tone Free (HBS-FN4) – RM599
LG Tone Free (HBS-FN6)(self-cleaning case) – RM799
LG Xboom Go (PL2) – RM419
LG Xboom Go (PL5) – RM649
LG Xboom On (ON5) – RM1,299
LG Xboom On (ON7) – RM1,499

From the 1st till the 10th of October 2020, these discounts are available on LG’s official stores on Shopee and Lazada, as part of the launch of LG’s official e-commerce stores. To find out more, click here.
