Realme C17 has just been announced and it brings a fluid 90Hz refresh rate display experience to the masses. It made its debut in Bangladesh yesterday and it runs on a Qualcomm processor with a massive battery.

The Realme C17 is officially priced in Bangladesh at BDT 15,990 which is around RM780 if converted directly. So far there are no details of its availability and pricing in other markets. For the price, it is cheaper than the Realme 6 which was launched in Malaysia for RM999.

In terms of specs, it gets a 6.5″ HD+ (1600×720 pixels) resolution LCD display that comes with a 90Hz refresh rate and boasts a 90% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, it runs on a 11nm Snapdragon 460 processor with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. You can also expand storage further with the dedicated microSD card slot.

In the imaging department, the C17 gets a quad-camera setup that consists of a 13MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro shooter and a 2MP B&W lens for portrait effects. The device also gets a punch-hole on the top left corner to house an 8MP selfie camera.

Powering the C17 is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging via USB-C. The device still has a 3.5mm headphone jack and it also supports 5GHz 802.11ac WiFi. Out of the box, it runs on Android 10 with Realme UI.
