On today’s episode of ICYMI, we have a few things that you might have missed for this weekend.  First up we are going to talk about the latest Apple Watch that you might be able to get on a Celcom contract. But if you do not fancy the Apple Watch, you will be pleased to know that the Oppo Watch is also going to be officially available in Malaysia.

On the other hand, The MCMC has announced that it has started investigation on TM for offering lower Unifi upload speeds than advertised.

Oppo Watch Malaysia

But if you are not in to the Apple Watch, here’s another alternative. Oppo Malaysia has confirmed that the WearOS powered smartwatch will be arriving next week and it will launch alongside a new variant of its flagship Oppo Find X2 Pro.

Apple Watch Series 6 Malaysia

The Apple Watch Series 6 is coming soon to Malaysia and Celcom appears to be one of the first local telcos to offer the device on contract.

Sony Xperia 5 II Malaysia

Sony has announced its Xperia 5 II and it’s coming to Malaysia at the end of the year. Apart from packing a similar flagship processor and camera setup as the Xperia 1 II, the new Xperia 5 gets a couple of new features for a smoother gaming experience.

TM: Unsatisfied new 500Mbps Unifi customers may terminate without penalty

The MCMC has announced that it has started investigation on TM for offering lower Unifi upload speeds than advertised. It has found elements that have infringed consumer rights and they will not hesitate to take further action.
