Xiaomi has recently unveiled a Lamborghini Edition of the Ninebot GoKart Pro during its 10th anniversary celebration event. If you want to buy one in Malaysia, retailer ScooterzMalaysia.com is now accepting pre-orders for the special edition GoKart.
According to their Instagram Stories, only 5 units will be available with stocks expected to arrive on the 10th of October 2020. The Lamborghini Edition GoKart Pro will be selling for RM9,288 which is RM2,400 more than the standard Ninebot GoKart Pro.
To recap, the Lamborghini-themed GoKart runs on batteries and it claims to go up to 40km/h. On a single charge, the 432Wh battery pack is rated to run 62 laps around a 400m track. Also included is a Bluetooth speaker which can produce various engine sounds from a single cylinder to a V12 engine.
According to Xiaomi, the GoKart has custom tires which are designed to offer superior drift performance. Apart from the custom paint job and Lamborghini badges, the special edition GoKart also gets a different steering wheel that comes with a digital speedometer.
The GoKart has 4 driving modes – Safe, which limits the speed to 8km/h followed by Novice mode at 18km/h. Once you’ve mastered the vehicle, you can turn on Sports mode with speeds up to 28km/h and Track mode which unlocks the maximum speed of 40km/h.
Similar to the standard GoKart Pro, you can also detach the ninebot hoverboard from the rear and use it standalone. In China, it is priced at CNY 9,999 (about RM6,095) and you can check out the official product page here.
