How to get the most out of your iPhone SE 2020

Welcome back to another episode of How-To-What-Is! On today’s episode Ray and I take a look at Apple’s “affordable” iPhone SE 2020, and how to get the most out of your device. The iPhone SE 2020 is, of course, very similar to the iPhone 8—first launched in 2017. You do however get an updated A13 Bionic chipset, which is the exact one used in the range-topping iPhone 11 Pro Max.

The second generation iPhone SE is also the most affordable current-generation iPhone at the moment, which means that this is one of the most affordable ways into the much-vaunted Apple ecosystem. We also discuss some handy tips and tricks that you can use with iOS, including an interesting feature that allows you to simultaneously use two pair of AirPods with the same iPhone.

What about fast-charging? As it turns out, you can fast-charge the iPhone SE—but you’ll have to pay for some added accessories.

All in all, the iPhone SE 2020 is probably one of the more interesting iPhone releases in recent years. While you’re looking at hardware that’s more-or-less identical to the three-year-old iPhone 8, Apple has jazzed things up with iOS 14, as well as the A13 Bionic chip. Official pricing is set at RM1,999—but remember to use the tips and tricks we discussed in today’s episode to truly get the best out of your iPhone SE 2020… in 2020.
