In conjunction with International Youth Day, Celcom in partnership with Snap and Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) has introduced a new Xpax prepaid that provides youths unlimited access to Snapchat for 3 months. There’s a new Xpax limited edition starter pack and existing Xpax customers can also enjoy the unlimited Snapchat access by redeeming it from the Celcom Life App.
The starter pack costs RM10 and it is available through Celcom’s online store. It is open for users aged 18 years and above, and Celcom is offering RM10 Rewards voucher via SMS on a first come first served basis.
To enjoy more unlimited access, customers can activate Xpax’s unlimited prepaid passes which costs RM12/week or RM35/month. It comes with unlimited calls and unlimited data that’s capped at 3Mbps.
With this unlimited Snapchat offer, Xpax customers can discover new ways to express themselves in the new normal. This includes specially designed and created Snapchat filter and AR Lens that will be released for the upcoming Merdeka and Malaysia Day celebrations. The 3-month Snapchat access will be available for redemption until the 16th September 2020.
According to Snap, they are a leader in AR with over 170 million Snapchatters engaging with AR on their platform nearly 30 times every day. Users can also create their own AR experiences with their Lens Studio desktop app which is offered for free. It added that there are tens of thousands of creators using the app and they have created over one million Lenses.
